We CEOs shouldn’t be hubristic enough to think that our own jobs won’t be significantly affected by AI.
In fact, some argue that there’s little time left for CEOs to get ahead in the race to leverage artificial intelligence.
But rather than fretting or fighting against the trend, the most advisable path forward—in my opinion—is getting with the program. The more we can get our hands dirty with AI tools and understanding their potential impacts, the better off we’ll be. (We should, of course, recognize the limits of AI. See the cautionary tale of Zillow.)
