Intel
Since Lip-Bu Tan took over as CEO in March 2025, Intel has flattened its organization from 11-12 management layers down to 5-6, required engineers to attend customer meetings, and canceled underperforming products that historically would have gotten extensions. The company now faces supply shortages across its product lines, particularly on Intel 7 and 10 nanometer nodes (older manufacturing processes).
